With 25+ years in healthcare marketing — spanning global pharma, biotech, and consumer health — Nadine brings strategic clarity, entrepreneurial drive, and a deeply human approach to IMRE’s next chapter. Her career began in consumer advertising at FCB, then moving to health she helped fuel the early momentum of TANK Worldwide (now part of Grey). She later reshaped Ogilvy Health’s Canadian operations around U.S. and global clients and, after relocating to the U.S., served as Chief Client Officer for Ogilvy Health, leading the U.S. advertising business and guiding the team through meaningful evolution and growth. Her experience spans nearly every therapeutic area — rare disease, oncology, psychiatry, neuroscience, cardiometabolic, immunology, and infectious disease — and includes transformation work across behavioral science consulting, Agile operations, and modern omnichannel capability building. As CEO of IMRE, she is advancing integrated capabilities, strengthening the agency’s creative and strategic foundation, and accelerating innovation across the health ecosystem at a time when clarity, speed, and human understanding matter more than ever.
