Challenge: Ferguson showrooms are beautiful. They have knowledgeable consultants and excellent service. Problem was, only the trade knew about them.
Action: Ferguson asked IMRE to create a compelling story for consumers about their showrooms in a 30 second commercial. Strategy and concepts were shared with focus groups and then produced for a cable channel media buy.
Result: Increased traffic to the company's website and, more importantly, increased traffic to the showrooms.
