Challenge: The premier lawn equipment brand asked us to find a way to leverage their feverently loyal customers online in an authentic, and cost effective way.
Action: IMRE worked with JD to develop John Deere Stories, an invitation to customers to submit and share their “John Deere Story” online through podcasts and interactive transcripts within johndeere.com. Within three months, more than 240 stories were submitted, which resulted in more then 340,000 page views, proving that authentic testimonials are powerful influencers for potential customers.
