Challenge: InfoComm asked IMRE to leverage their member’s certification in audio/visual excellence. CTS, or Certified Technology Specialist, training is the most advanced in the field and must be top of mind with architects, engineers, facility managers and builders.
Action: IMRE created positioning and messaging that resonated with the key audiences through an integrated print campaign that included a direct mail component and full-page ads in trade publications. The strategy of communicating partnership with architects resonated; the ads had an unusually high retention rate in reader polls.
