Challenge: Create a unique internal communication program to encourage MedImmune employees around the world to rally around the company’s shared vision.
Action: IMRE developed an innovative WOM (Word of Mouth) ambassador program, a new communications channel where internal “ambassadors” spread the shared vision to employees around the globe. IMRE created the plan and the application, which had never been done before in internal communications.
Results: The result was an industry-leading initiative that had credibility, clear messaging and a smooth implementation.
