Action: IMRE worked with MetLife to create an independent survey that gauged the difficulties parents face when caring for children with special needs. From those findings, IMRE created a strategic communications plan that included extensive media relations, speaking opportunities and an online special needs financial calculator. Increased MetDesk specialists selling product to 80% and garnered over 105 media placements.
